We are delighted to introduce to you our new Executive Chef - Mr William Howes.

Will brings to the Palm Court, a wealth of knowledge and experience from some of the countries most exclusive establishments, having previously worked at THE PARK in Bath, WYCK HILL HOUSE in Gloucester and LLANGOED HALL in Wales.

We are all delighted that Will has joined our team, and we would very much like for you to come and see for yourself the new dining experience that Will has brought to the Palm Court.
